Apple did it once again !!! They’ve rejected yet another useful app from Appstore called ‘Wi-Fi Sync‘. As we already covered about this app sometime ago when it was submitted to appstore for approval. Well if dontknow about this app then here’s what it does: “It allows you to wirelessly sync your iPhone/iTouch with iTunes without plugging USB cable.
Here’s the rejection as explained by Greg(the developer) from an unnamed Apple rep over the phone:
“While he agreed that the app doesn’t technically break the rules, he said that it does encroach upon the boundaries of what they can and cannot allow on their store. He also cited security concerns.”
We already knew that if this app was rejected, it would be welcomed on cydia, and this is what happened. Wi-Fi Sync is available on cydia under BigBoss repo for $9.99.
